Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Panama With Shevy, we understand that plans can change. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for our relocation tours.
By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. tour Booking & Payment Terms
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your selected tour dates.
- Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit is received.
- The remaining balance is due one (1) month before your tour start date.
Failure to Pay Balance
- If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, your tour may be postponed.
- Postponed tours must be re-booked within three (3) months, subject to availability.
- Re-booking requires an additional 20% of the tour cost (at the time of re-booking).
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

21 days or more before the tour start date
Clients will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, less any non-refundable processing or payment gateway fees.
20 days or less before the tour start date
No refunds will be issued.
This policy reflects the advance arrangements, reservations, accommodations, and scheduling required to organize the tour.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request one (1) reschedule with at least 20 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Requests made with less than 20 days’ notice will be treated as a cancellation and handled according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy above.
4. Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of:
- A personal emergency
- Natural disaster
- Catastrophic or unforeseen event preventing participation
Your case will be reviewed individually and handled on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the tour operator. Approval is not guaranteed.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for the tour on the scheduled start date without prior written notice will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
- All PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, international wire, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
- The 30% booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
7. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made securely via:
- Bank transfer (US or local)
- International wire transfer
- PayPal
- Credit or debit card (online)
Once you confirm your intention to book, an invoice will be issued with payment instructions.
8. What’s Included in the Relocation Tour Package
Each relocation tour package includes:
- Airport pickup and drop-off
- Guided 4-day Panama City & Panama Oeste OR Chiriquí & Boquete orientation
- Ground transportation during the tour
- 3 nights accommodation – CHIRIQUI/BOQUETE TOUR ONLY. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU BOOK THE PANAMA CITY/ PANAMA OESTE TOUR, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ACCOMMODATION
- Daily lunch
- Exploration of schools, hospitals, neighborhoods, supermarkets, malls etc depending on clients’ needs
- Optional real estate viewings if can be facilitated
- Digital relocation starter guide (provided after the tour is completed)
- Learn Panamanian Spanish e-book (provided after the tour is completed)
- Access to a private Facebook group (after the tour is completed – coming soon)
8. Policy Acknowledgment
By submitting payment and booking a tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refunds & Cancellation Policy in full.
Digital Products – No Refunds
At Panama With Shevy, we are committed to providing high-value digital resources to support your relocation, residency, and business journey in Panama.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product (including eBooks, guides, templates, checklists, or downloadable resources) has been purchased and delivered electronically, it cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital downloads.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Unauthorized Distribution
All digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, resold, copied, or reproduced in any form without written permission.
Unauthorized distribution is a violation of copyright law.
Consultation Services
All consultation bookings are non-refundable once scheduled.
Your consultation time is reserved exclusively for you. As such:
- Payments for consultations are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to forfeiture.
- Failure to attend your scheduled consultation without notice will result in a missed appointment and no refund.
If you arrive late to your consultation, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Consultations are designed to provide strategic guidance based on your individual circumstances. Results may vary depending on personal decisions, financial standing, legal eligibility, and external factors beyond our control.
